Pompon's Caladettes

Here, we decided to do things in a small way to do them better in a big way.
Les Caladettes are our homemade tapas, perfumed with sunshine and Mediterranean accents, designed to be shared, disputed, requested again. A bite here, another there, and we remake the world by picking from our neighbor's plates. Pompon will tell you: we don't choose between two or three Caladettes, we take them all, and we start over. without forgetting the Caganis! It's good to come to the restaurant with family, but you also have to think about feeding them!
